Jim,

replacement connectors that are exactly the same as the original equipment are readily available from Powerwerx at <https://powerwerx.com/oem-connectors-terminals>. The Tee connectors , both male and female, are just a few dollars each and a complete power cord is available for about $13 plus tax/shipping. Scroll down that webpage to find the OEM connectors.

Subject: [Kenwood] PG2N power connector

Can anyone tell me the Molex part number for the power plug on the end
of the PG2N power cable that plugs into the (mostly vhf/uhf Kenwood)
radio? That Tee connector reminds me of ones i have seen on automotive
plugs. Yes I know I can buy a PG2N or a Chinese clone for $17 but all I
need is that connector and $17 is more than I want to pay for something
when all I need is the connector itself.

Google has not been my friend in looking for that information so if
anyone has a supplier and part number (Molex or Sullins or...) I would
appreciate knowing what it is. And no, I do not want to change it for
a PowerPole.

Thank you.
