[Kenwood] TS-520 No output!

Note that it requires 6146B (not A) finals.  It's very possible that 
they have failed after so many years.

I have the S version (with the DC supply) in storage and it hasn't been 
powered in 30 some years.  It was my first HF radio purchase a very LONG 
time ago.
