[Kenwood] Kenwood TS-830S no tune on 160m

Issue resolved.

The back part of the band switch shorts those padder caps that form 412pF
when on 160m
so measured the contact from them to the other contacts and I
saw 2.2 ohms.

The lug was a little loose compared to others and I remember seeing one of
the sites for hybrid repair say you can solder the lug to the rivet holding
it in, so thats what I did. Also sprayed the contacts better while I was in
there. Now have about 0.3 ohms which seems alot better.

Warmed up on the bench and the 50mA idle current is
still there, ALC drive peaked and when I go into CW, I can now dip the plate
like I was on the 530S, so issue resolved! In there now are the original
412pF combo. Figured may as well try that , but I guess the new caps are
likely ok as the loose connection would react the way I was seeing with the
initial dip, then the connection resistance increase would effectively
remove the caps and it would be like tuning on 80m more or less.

Thanks to those who emailed me off list with targeting this area.
