[Kenwood] TS-440S tuning knob binding

By rapidly spinning the knob and it not being oiled you have galled the 
shaft. Do not force it. Remove the knob and put 1 drop of Singer Sewing 
Machine oil on it. Let it sit and gently start working it back and forth 
and if you are lucky it will free up. Once freed up add 1 more drop and 
slowly turn it to work in the oil. If you over oil it the internal parts 
will not be happy.
