[Kenwood] Kenwood amateur service center info request

To all:

I am in need of repair service to my Kenwood amateur radio. In the past, I had sent radios to the Kenwood East Coast Service Center in Virginia Beach, VA, but looks like they have gone out of business (phone is disconnected).  Only service center I can find online is in CA. Does any one know of the current service center for Kenwood?  I tried calling some numbers I found online but no one answers phone and I don't want to ship a radio across country without knowing what their procedure is and where my closest service center is. I'd hate to ship a radio to Calif. only to find out there's an East Coast service center.
