[Kenwood] Need info on TS-830S

The Kenwood Hybrids have an issue with the 12BY7s being always fed with filament AND plate voltages that cause them to degrade.  This was also an issue in Hallicrafters Receivers.

Try replacing the 12BY7!

I have a Kenwood TS-830S that receives well but  does not transmit.   The
driver and the output tubes are good,  but no output.  I know this  sounds
vague, but I'm more used to  tube equipment than solid state or hybrid
