I am using this feature to connect an SDRPlay receiver to a 590SG. Works
great ! After 1+ years, no sign of any excess RF damage to the SDRPlay.
I have also used it to connect another 590 so that I could listen
simultaneously on the 590SG and 590, on two frequencies simultaneously.
