[Kenwood] TS 140s Power Adjust

You can verify this, but it looks like you use pin 6 of the remote jack 
for the negative voltage input on the TS-140s.

So you set the power for 100 watts using the front panel control and 
then adjust the voltage from the 9 volt battery to get the power down to 
what you would like.
