[Kenwood] ts 820s digital readout and freq problems

Thanks to Cliff Holland the audio is up now. I heard one RTTY signal and 
one CW. That's it.
 Next problem is that the dig. read out is fixed on 19.000 and shorts on 
& off as the dial is turned. Freq readout stays the same no matter which 
band I put it on. Wiggling the main VFO dial and the internal PTO makes 
the readout come and go OFF. I never mentioned that this was a gift 
several years ago.
