[Kenwood] TS-870S HELP

I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and advice.
I tried all of them and a few more to no avail.
I am very lucky to have made a good friend in upper NY who has agreed to 
let me drop off my radio.
I am fortunate to have made good friends through Ham radio.

I have a Kenwood TS-870s that needs help.
New antenna which is 1.1 to 1
Unable to get more than 50 Watts output.
I have several other radios working fine with antenna with full output.
I don't understand how to use the Kenwood as far as increasing the out 
put.
Asked several times previous, but no help?
Would someone please take the time to help me out.
