[Kenwood] TS450S problem

I am repairing a friend's TS450S that does not discriminate between LSB or
USB, no matter which one you choose you can receive a LSB signal in both
positions of the mode switch, same with an USB signal, in other words it is
working in Double Side Band.
I found the traditional leaking C104, replaced it and removed the filters,
checked all pcb traces and cleaned the board very well, I thought it could
have been produced by the capacitor leakage but it is not, any hints?
