[Kenwood] Older Radio Fans and other things

I think we are ALL going to be seeing more of the fans becoming problematic.

The radios are getting older, and some things are becoming problematic.

I have found the ATUs to have developed some issues. Heeding
lubrication where the shaft goes through to the Air Variables. I also
found that the couplings needed some tightening of the set screws.

It looks like the Thermistors or Thermal Switches are also giving up and
going south.

That was what caused my fan in the Power supply to not work.

It took some doing to locate the thermal switch connections, jumper
them, and then put in a good fan that draws less current than the stated
rating on the fan.

I also took it from three blades to something like 6 or 8. I have
constant air flow now, and won't have issues with the power supply board
and all the voltage regulators.
