[Kenwood] Fw: TS-850 Audible Whine

Stew,

I did my TS-930SAT Power supply fan for the same reason you did.

The Thermal switch failed.

I bypassed it and put in the ball bearing one that runs any time the 
radio is on, and it runs constantly.

That one is especially important since all the regulator ICs are on the 
heat sink there.  Less issues with possibly burning anything up.
