I can HIGHLY recommend Rich Measures' HSS (High Speed Switching) 
circuit, details of which you can find on his website at:

I and others have used this circuit with complete success with many different 
amps. I use it in one of my SB-200s, and Rich designed it to be used in an 
SB-220.

It provides full-QSK with none of the attendant problems of other methods.
