[Kenwood] Amplifier Keying from various transceivers

Now I am also in the same situation Kenwood TS-430S, and a old Heatkit 
SB-220 being brought out from the basement.

Now what are good designs for this thing to work happy, I do a lot of 
decent speed CW, and don't want to loose the first dit all the time?
