[Kenwood] TS 850 Display and switch "dimmer"

Hi,

 

I have a problem with the display of the TS 850.

I changed the condenser C18 on display unit, but I cannot change the
luminosity with "Dimmer".

The level is always at the most. The dimmer switch  is OK, the contact is
good on CN1 (pin2). 

Any ideas??
