[Kenwood] TS-940S Linear Control Relay, Voltage and Current

Not sure but I don't think you can key a 30L-1 directly with a TS-940S. The 
Heathkit SB-220 has a 120VDC keyed line and that is too much for the 940. I 
use a Harbach Soft-Key (their model SK-220) in this set up. You might 
contact them about your application.
