[Kenwood] Passband Balance

I have a TS-430S

This has been a minor problem the whole time I've owned this rig (bought 
used)
The Passbands are not balanced.

There is a definate tonal difference between the upper and lower 
sidebands. when switching between USB and LSB you can hear a sure 
difference in the hisssssss.

it was ninor. but i just now installed a narrow CW filter and this 
problem seems to be more noticeable now.

I know this has to be adjustable.  but anyone know where?
