[Kenwood] TS950SDX transmit problem (2)

Most answers point to the filter board. When I gently pushed K10 and K11
relays on the band filter board, the transmitter came alive on 20 meters, so
the problem seems to be a bad relay or bad soldering.

 

But alas!  the recovery was short lived. Now there is no output on any band.

 

1) The TS goes into TX mode when keyed.

2) The ON AIR light turns red when the TS is keyed.

3) The filters turn to their TX settings when the TS is keyed.

4) The SWR on the ALC meter runs out of scale when the ATU is engaged.

5) The service menu settings are as before.

6) There are 15 V on the white pin on W23 on the filter board when the TS is
keyed.

7) The RX/TX antenna relay is heard switching when the TS is keyed.

8) All voltages on the test points, transistors and connectors on the final
board are according to the schematics and the service manual. The fuse on
the final board is not blown.
