[Kenwood] TS-820 and CW

Well, this is really weird: it looks as though the position of the two jacks on the rear panel 
have been reversed at the factory, or when they stamped the letters on the back panel, they 
got their positions reversed..

That jack labeled CW key is actually the RTTY key, and vice versa.

The 220 ohm resistor R-12 I have been trying to find is there, as is the capacitor shown on 
the schematic.

I am very confused at this point.
