[Kenwood] TS-130 Band Switch Alignment Part 2

I pulled the amp section to look at that switch wafer because of my 
shaft alignment question.  Is the rotor spoke supposed to make 1 or 2 
contacts simultaneously on this wafer?  I can't tell for sure because of 
the angle I am looking at the wafer, but it appears that some may be 
making 2 contacts and others only 1.
