[Kenwood] TS-130 Band Switch Alignment

Delving into my need to jiggle the band switch problem, I find that the
front band switch wafer is not well aligned with the detent positions of
the switch. As a matter of fact in the 3.5 position, it is just barely
making contact. The other two wafers seem to be properly aligned. Is
it possible to move the wafer independently of shaft to better align the
contacts? Or, do I need to drop the front panel to get to the gear
assembly to do something?

Further, at the flexible shaft coupling, the flats of the rear portion
of the shaft going to the amp section are not completely aligned with
the flats of the front section. Is this part of a factory final
alignment or should I correct this. I guess this would require
disassembling the final unit.
