[Kenwood] TS430 reliability

I take it that they are a small battery assembly that is simple to 
replace.  (I could be wrong, won't be the first time!)

The 930S/930SAT uses three AAs in a plastic holder on top under the 
cover where other controls are.

The one that I'm not thrilled with is the R-2000.  The battery is welded 
between two posts.  I guess I'm going to have to break the welds and 
quickly solder in a replacement.
