That depends upon what you mean by "best one". It's certainly not the best
performing antenna you could screw onto your F6A. Diamond, Comet, and others
offer antennas that will out perform the stock Kenwood antenna by far and
cost considerably less but if you want the stock look then your choices are
limited.

I lost my antenna on a return flight home and need a new one. That's an
expensive loss since they all seem to cost $50. Can anyone tell me if a
replacement from Kenwood is the best  one? or would I get better performance
from another one.I don't want to get anything that's too long and top heavy.
