Though I've never used them myself, I've heard good things about
Burghardt Amateur, their web site is
http://www.burghardt-amateur.com. Though with the price of used gear,
and considering the type of radio you are trying to fix, it might make
more sense to just get a used rig - used prices are very good these days
and choice is plentiful.
