[Kenwood] TS820 Frequency Display Problem

The digital boards have a long history of poor soldering, and bad 
contacts...You may get away with a good cleaning of the connectors, or you 
may need to re-do some of the soldering....There are aso Kenwood service 
notes about this if I recall....73...Jordan...VE6ZT
