[Kenwood] power supply problem - kenwood ps-53

Hi all,

I use a kenwood ps53 power supply with a ts-850.

When I switch on the equipment, I can listen some crackling noise in the
reception of my 850 and after some hours of transmissions, my modulation was
not good.

Since few days ago, I use another power supply and don't have those problems
( crackling noise and bad audio ).

So my kenwood ps53 doesn't work correctly but what can I check ?
