[Kenwood] TL-922A blowing one fuse - CORRECTION???

Gentlemen,
I want to set the record straight on the caps (200uf @ 500V) one is a dead short, 1 reads normal and the other 6 average 6 - 12 ohm’s each, I am sure that is enough to pop a fuse, anyway I have ordered 8 new cap’s and will install them when they get here, again I want to thank the list for all the help locating this problem, there is a lot of great knowledge on this list, more to follow….
