 Ah, the possible answer....

The amp that can be configured for 220/240 CANNOT be configured for 115

There are two types of amps, one that is configurable for either 220 or
240....  and one that can be configured for 120 or 240

The 220/240 amp has two terminal boards....  the 120/240 only has one.

Do you have a one or two terminal board amp?
