This all started when I tried to configure the amp for 220 operation vs. 240, it blew a fuse so I put it back to the 240 settings (jumpers on back), I have removed the diode board and all diodes and caps check OK, all safety switches covered when applying power…

Double checked all the safety switches and they are all working properly…

I removed the heavy blue wire from the power transformer (120) and the short stayed with the heavy blue wire #6 on the block in the back of the amp..

I removed the shorting jumpers from the back of the amp and now the short is gone *&^%$#@! My head hurts???

I measured the power transformer and I get from “0” to 120 about .5 ohms on both sides of the transformer, from 120 to 120 I get infinity so it looks like it is not the transformer????

Anyone that needs a service manual to follow this mystery let me know, I can email it to you (about 4 meg’s)
