[Kenwood] Help with TM-V7A and TM-G707A PC Programming

Besides the data rate, you still need to make sure the comm settings such as 
data bits, parity, stop bits, and flow control are set per the software 
requirements. Also the port settings on the TM-V7A need to match the 
converter even though a good converter should run with autobaud.
