[Kenwood] Removal and Replacing ATU in TS-950SDX

Hi All....

Can anyone tell me how to remove and replace the ATU in my 950SDX, or better still, how involved is the process?
The present ATU is virtually unusable as it squeals terribly when activated. I was able to locate and purchase a replacement unit in the UK, but I'm not too sure on how to do the "operation".
Any ideas welcomed.
