[Kenwood] Linking a Kenwood TS-2000 with HRD

I am trying to link my TS-2000 to HRD (Ham Radio Deluxe). I'm using a usb
serial adapter that was suggested by Kenwood as one that some end users have
been using. (Keyspan USA-19H). I can't get HRD to see the TS-2000. I changed
the com port to COM 1 as someone suggested but it's still not working.

 

Any suggestions will be welcome.
