[Kenwood] PS-30 Regulation

I had a PS-50 (similar but higher current) that had a no-load output 
of 13.9v and a full-load output of 13.75v (measured at the end of the 
d-c output cable).  I tend to agree that the variation you mention, 
in addition to the no-load output, is excessive.
