[Kenwood] PS-30 Regulation

I am repairing a Kenwood PS-30 power supply.  I have it working, but am
seeing about a 1.3V voltage drop under a steady load.  Unloaded the
supply voltage is 15.1V and under load the supply voltage is 13.8V.  Is
this typical?  I don't know how well the supply regulated prior to it
failing.  The 1.3V drop under load seems excessive to me, compared to my
experience with Astron supplies.
