FOR SALE: Kenwood TS-850S(AT) transceiver (S/N 21200904), excellent condition; low operating hours. Carrier-board capacitors replaced by AVVid. Rig equipped with built-in antenna tuner; Kenwood YG-88SN-1, and optional CW narrow YK-455CN-1 and YK-88CN-1 filters. The rig incorporates several modifications known to benefit its operation: 1) An added CW key jack to accept an external key or keyer; 2) Noise Blanker mod; 3) Extended frequency coverage; and 4) CW MONI adjustable from the front panel; 5) CMOS battery relocated; 6) Added jacks to accept an external receiver and transverter. Manuals included: TS-850S Instruction Manual; TS-850 Series External Control Instruction Manual. Original double shipping boxes, $695 plus shipping and insurance.
