Hi there OM:
I had a TS130SE long time ago. The CB guys did some mods on this model. If I could remember right the mod resulted in
dropping the Ten meter band by 1 MHz. Although the the displays reads 28.000.0, you would be actually on 27.000.0.
As far as I could remember, the difference between a 130S and a130SE is the cooling fan. The PA cooling fan was an option
on the TS130SE. Regarding that freeband mod each model behave differently if I remember correctly because that was almost
