[Kenwood] FS: 599D twins

I'd fire them up for an hour or so even if you don't operate them.  Do  
this at least annually.   A little "preventive maintenance."
Actually since the tx has tubes in the PA, I'd tune 'er up and tx a  
key down cw note into a dummy load for a few minutes too.
