[Kenwood] Getting her going

Thanks for the info from all of you.  I have another problem to deal 
with before I can try to tune up and use it.  The built in meter doesn't 
work at all so I've got to figure out why.  Can't tune up without it.  
That may be what happened to the resistors.  Person said he had been 
using it up until recently.  If he was using it without knowing what the 
bias was, it could have shorted the tubes out, burning the cathode 
resistors in the process.  Time to go back to the schematic and see 
what's going on.
