You've gone to all the trouble to get to that point why not replace it. 
Cleaning it doesn't always work and most times not for long.

The first thing to look for is the current draw when in TX. If in CW mode 
and the current draw is not over 10A then it's not the relay. If it's bad 
the current draw will be high but nothoing coming out. A current draw of 
2-3A means it's not the relay.
