[Kenwood] wider transmit SSB audio TS 480

Hi. Is there any way to get more than a 2.4 wide band width from the Kenwood 480. Kenwood rigs are known for there good audio and most of them go out to 3K on transmit. The narrow transmit band width  is the only thing I don't like about this rig. If this could be done, it would make this the perfect rig in my opinion. The receive audio is good.
