[Kenwood] IF-232C Interface

Hey Jack.  It's possible that the IF-232 itself has bitten the dust.  If 
it was working and suddenly stopped, the question you have to ask is 
what changed?  Is there anything you changed with the computer or 
software?  If you haven't changed anything and the serial port itself is 
working, then I would suspect either a cable or the IF-232 itself.  
While the IF-232 isn't made any more, there are alternatives.  This is 
what I  use instead of the IF-232.  It works very nicely with my 
TS-450SAT.  I believe the same one will work with your 850.
