[Kenwood] Adjusting the TS-940

OK, the two emails I received (thanks, Rick and Ed) got me to play with it a
bit more. I think I understand in theory what should happen.

The crux of the problem is NOTHING happens when I flip on the CAL switch.
Unless someone knows something I don't I guess it's back into the diagrams
and try to figure out what's going on.  Don't suggest the CAL slide switch
is bad as the switch panel assembly was replaced because the Memory Bank
slide switch was dirty/bad.  I had found a complete switch panel and have
already changed it.
