[Kenwood] Kenwood TS480SAT AF gain

Hi Tom,

I have the TS480HX and is the same. In case you didn't get
an answer yet might try the following.

Make sure the squelch control is totally counter clockwise.

Also check that the RF gain control is set to max for starters. This is
set using the #5 Mic button by holding down for a sec or 2 and adj for
100.

Also check for the right ant.  #1 or #2

All sounds basic but have been there as others have also.
