[Kenwood] TS850 and SB200

And I know exactly what happened. The amp line was plugged into the wrong
socket on the back of the radio and the keying voltage was applied directly
to an I/O chip that outputs 0-5v for AT250 band information. Fried the I/O
chip.
I've fixed several of those. It has nothing to do with the amp keying relay.
