[Kenwood] TS-850S: No sound from speaker

Hi,

The '850 usually doesn't give much trouble but I heard a couple of pops from the external speaker, then no sound. Tried the internal speaker, same thing. There is audio from the headphone jack. Receive seems to be working fine.

Any ideas from anyone?
