[Kenwood] TS830 and aging question

It should always be mentioned the discharging of capacitors.
Can someone provide the procedure to discharge thingies (technical term)
on this rig before working on it?
I don't dare change the tubes on my 520 or 830 I am so frightened by
any hidden high voltages,
I have seen a good ham friend fly across a room when working on a tube
amp by accidentally touching a charged cap, poor guy I still remember
the look on his face after 20 years.
