[Kenwood] Kenwood 950 or 950S or 950 SDX Owners

Read & Please help if you can!
I am in some dire need of help with any owner of a Timewave PK-232/PSK and is using it successfully or not with their Kenwood I mentioned in the Subject.
For some reason I have worked on this project for over 2 years and cannot get it working.  The past 2 weeks I have spent up to 8 hours a day trying to figure it out with the help of Timewave and CSS the software provider and can't get it done.  I am in Army Mars and could really use it for the modes that are coming down the pike with Army Mars.  If you could be of any assistance I would appreciate your input.  I own a Kenwood TS 950 SDX and a Timewave PK-232/PSK.  Thank You for reading this!
