[Kenwood] TS830 and aging question

I have a chance to pick up a Kenwood TS830 from
another local ham, and this is one radio I have always
wanted to try. I played with it briefly and it seems
to be transmitting and receiving alright, and appears
to have the 270hz CW filter installed.

Is there any specific age related problems to look for
in a TS830, or any problems I can expect to have to
deal with in the near future?  I realize that this is
a 25 year old radio but it sure does sound nice!
