[Kenwood] Kenwood TM-733 question

[VA3DG]

Works that way in my Yaesu FT-100D...always has and I expect it's supposed 
to work that way. Probably the same with the Knwd TM-733.
Sort of like "getting the jump" on any anticipated excess heat!
